1. How long does delivery usually take?
After your order is submitted and processed we begin the crafting process of your candle. We then ship it out to you within 5 days of your purchased date. Thus resulting in a 7Day arrival of your candle.
2. How do I locate the nearest store?
While we currently do not have a brick and mortar facility for pick-up we do have two base crafting areas, Atlanta, GA and New York City.
3. How do I choose a payment method?
After selecting your desired product and size, view cart and proceed to checkout. Once at checkout you may choose your method of payment.
4. What is the product return policy?
We currently do not offer returns, should the item be defective we will however deal with those scenarios with care as they arise.
